Au départ, ça n'a pas bien commencé. J'ai réservé une activité privée un guide en français. Je n'ai reçu aucun message de l’agence la veille ou quelques heures avant. J'ai reçu un message en italien à 9h03, l'agence nous a envoyé un guide en italien qui après m'avoir rencontré me propose de faire l'activité en anglais, ce que nous avons refusé. Finalement, l'agence nous a permis de retrouver un autre groupe pour avoir un guide français. Dans ́l'ensemble, l'activité s'est bien passée même si nous avons commencé avec 45 minutes de retard. Je remercie Sayed le guide italien, je comprends qu'il n'était pour rien et s'était assuré qu'on trouve un guide francophone.
