Our guide accompanied us excellently throughout the day and gave us many interesting insights. We had plenty of time to explore everything at our leisure, both at the pyramids and in the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Our 8-year-old daughter also had a great day and was thrilled. A big shout-out also goes to our driver, who navigated us through Cairo's chaotic traffic safely and confidently. An all-round great tour that we can absolutely recommend.

As a family, we had a great full-day trip to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. We were transported in an air-conditioned minibus and accompanied by Mamudi, our guide who speaks German very well and was in a great mood. He took excellent care of everything and let us enjoy the day. Lunch on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids was also very delicious. Thanks again for the wonderful day!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of information, and looked after us in a sensitive and personalized way. The breaks were well coordinated with each other. We also had some time to ourselves and were not bombarded with information. The daily schedule was well coordinated. The tour guide and the taxi driver had a very pleasant demeanor. The only thing we didn't like at all was the food: bland and dry, the dessert was a joke in terms of size and quality, and the service was unfriendly.

Ali went above and beyond, making sure everyone got to see what they desired. He gave a great tour around the EGM, stopping at key exhibitions. One note: the tour includes stops where are being persuaded to buy oils, papyrus and jewelry. But if you are not interested, they accept your respectful “no, thank you”.

Highlights: Excellent transfers, a lovely lunch, and very well-organized logistics. Mohamed was a highly knowledgeable guide who shared lots of fascinating details throughout the day. The sights and the museum were absolutely fascinating. What could be even better: A little more communication about what was coming next and slightly more free time to explore the sights would have made the experience even better. There was so much to discover, and we often found ourselves asking for a bit more time than initially offered. Since we still returned about an hour before the scheduled end of the tour, it would have been lovely to use some of that time for a more relaxed exploration of the sites. I would also skip the oil/perfume stop altogether. It was presented as a museum, but in reality it was simply a tourist-oriented shop focused on selling overpriced products. This is unnecessary and can take away time that can be be better spent exploring the historical sites.
